Return & Exchange Policies

At Bear & Blanket, our main priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return policy.

Please carefully review our return and exchanges policies below, and then email us at bearandblanketco@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for items purchased on BearandBlanket.com. Items may be returned for a refund by initiating a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. 

Any return item must be unused, unwashed and odor free (smoke-free, etc.), be in the original packaging, and have all original tags still attached.

We do not accept returns on behalf of our retail partners. Purchases from retail partners must be returned to the store where the item was originally purchased.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return item to Bear & Blanket. Once Bear & Blanket receives the returned product, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your return. Please allow 14 business days to receive the status of your return.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for the amount paid for the item, less the original shipping costs, to the original payment method. We apologize but original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5-7 business days, dependent on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.   

Please note: Purchasing a product marked "final sale" means that the item is not eligible for return or exchange, and no refund (return or exchange) shall be given for any “final sale” item. 

Unauthorized Returns:

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. We cannot be held responsible for products that are sent back to us without a prior authorization. It is important that you not return any items unless you have received a prior authorization from our customer service team.

Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges for items purchased on BearandBlanket.com within 14 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee exchanges (size, color, etc.) given that we often change inventory, sell out of inventory and/or we may decide to cease stocking certain items.

Any exchanged item must be unused, unwashed and odor free (smoke-free, etc.), be in the original packaging, and have all original tags still attached.

We do not accept exchanges from our retail partners. Purchases from retail partners must be returned to the store where the item was originally purchased for an exchange.

Bear & Blanket will cover the shipping costs associated with an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the exchange item, we will send you an order confirmation for the exchanged item.

Quality Issues:

If you receive a new item with a quality issue upon delivery, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue and each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email bearandblanketco@gmail.com for all customer service issues.
